Scope Of Services
Confirmation & Upon signing of the Agreement
It takes about 1-10 working days
The Client and Designer shall provide favorable arrangements for on-site inspection and measurement once confirmation is accepted;
The Client shall define with Designer specified design requirements and instruction for the premises;
The Designer shall review the briefs, project schedules and preliminary budget advised by the Client to ascertain the requirements and design directives for the interior design works of the project;
The Designer shall prepare schematic drawing(s), floor plan(s) and image board(s) which are necessary to describe the schematic design concept and direction of the project;
This phase shall be considered complete upon submission of the abovementioned documents. Acceptance Note or Written Acceptance will be demanded by the Designer from the Client to proceed to Stage 2;
Advisory work & Concept Design Phase
It takes about 11-25 working days
The Designer shall prepare detailed floor plan(s), 3-Dinmensional rendering drawings, finishing materials, color schemes, and decoration proposal which are necessary to describe the in-depth detail design concept of the project;
The Designer shall review, evaluate and estimate renovation cost based on the confirmed drawings and finishing materials by the Client;
This phase shall be considered complete upon submission of the abovementioned documents. Acceptance Note or Written Acceptance will be demanded by the Designer from the Client to proceed to Stage 3;
Design Intent & Design Development Phase
It takes about 26-40 working days
The Designer shall prepare technical design document consist of detailed floor plan(s), ceiling plan(s), electric plan(s), elevation drawings and finishing material boards to show the final design concept for approval of Client;
Incorporation of the mechanical, electrical, A/C, communications and security system into detailed drawings as necessary;
This phase shall be considered complete upon submission of the abovementioned documents. Acceptance Note or Written Acceptance will be demanded by the Designer from the Client upon submission make known the entire survives considered complete.
